CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89-20 <br />PAGE FIVE <br /> SECTION 11: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for various employees in the Engineering Department. <br /> FROM TO <br />A. City Engineer $27,000 $38,500 Annually <br />B. Assistant Engineer 18,000 29,600 Annually <br />C. Engineering Aides 3.35 8.22 Per Hour <br />D. Part-time Inspector 3.35 9.43 Per Hour <br />E. Part-time Help 3.35 5.42 Per Hour <br />F. Traffic Control Equipment Repair 4.50 12.60 Per Hour <br /> (Part-time) <br />G. Hydrant Repair Inspector 4.50 10.00 Per Hour <br /> (Part-time) <br />H. The salaries of individuals within Subsection A - G of thi s section <br />shall be established by the Director of Public Service and the Mayor. <br /> SECTION 12: That the following salaries are estab lished for <br />members o~ tom-Police and Fire Departments. <br />FROM TO <br />A. Chief of Police $47,558 Annually <br />B. Chief of Fire 47,558 Annually <br />C. Assistant Fire Chief 42,100 Annually <br />D. In addition to the salaries as specified herein, the Chief of <br />Police, Chief of Fire and Assistant Chief of Fire shall be entitled <br />to any and all benefits afforded the members of each of their respective <br />departments. However, the over-time benefits afforded the members of <br />the Police and Fire Departments shall not apply to the Chief of Police <br />and Chief of Fire. <br />SECTION 13: That the salary ranges and amounts established for <br />the year 1989, will be effective retroactive to January 1, 1989. <br />Salaries specified in this ordinance shall be paid by the Director of <br />Finance on a bi-weekly basis. <br />
