North Olmsted Senior Citizen Organizations - sixty percent (60~) of members must be residents of North Olmsted (current membership roster must be provided) and statement of purpose-bylaws must provide for direct benefits, direct activities or interests of North Olmsted older persons 60 years of age and older. WE CARE - City of North Olmsted employees, City Council Members, Members of Boards and Commissions. $50.00 damage or breakage Weekdays 6 A.M. - S P.M. $ 4/hour deposit required. Weekdays 5 P.M. - 12:30 A.M. $ 6/hour Weekends 6 A.M. - 5 P.M. $ 6/hour Weekends 5 P.M. - 12:30 A.M. $ 8/hour Use of equipment $ 5 flat fee Use of kitcher. $ S flat fee Custodial Services $10 flat fee City of North Olmsted activities are exempt from charges. The aforementioned rates shall be effective upon adoption of this section. (a) The Community Cabin/Senior Center shall not be rented to any outside organization or individual on any Sunday for profit making. (b) The North Olmsted Community Council, because of its unique activity as coordinator of community activities, is hereby exempted from the payment of rental charges for use of the Community Cabin for its regularly scheduled meetings and for the duration of the annual "Homecoming Days", but under no circumstances shall the North Olmsted Community Council sub- lease the Community Cabin to others. (c) All North Olmsted Senior Citizen groups shall be permitted to use the Community Cabin facilities twice every month for organi- zation meeting purposes free of charge, provided that the meeting times are held between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:30 P.M., and further provided that the time for such meeting is reserved thirty days in advance with the office of the Director of Public Service. The Senior Citizen group renting the Community Cabin shall be responsible for cleaning the facility after use. In the event that the Community Cabin is not cleaned up, there will be a Ten Dollar ($10.00) charge assessed against the Senior Citizen group which will defray the cost of having a city employee perform the cleanup function. The Division of Aging will have priority for use of the North Olmsted Senior Center.
