CITY OF NORTH OLMS <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89-L, <br />PAGE FIVE <br />(d) A limitation is hereby established for one Saturday night per <br />month advance registration for any individual or organization. <br />Special consideration will be given to youth groups and Senior <br />Citizen groups. Exceptions to this policy shall be at the dis- <br />cretion of the Service Director. The above rates, charges and <br />deposits pertain to the rental of the Community Cabin and North <br />Olmsted Senior Center building only. <br />(e) In the event the deposit made by an individual, group or organ- <br />ization is insufficient to cover the cost of necessary labor <br />or replacements for lost or damaged equipment or damage to the <br />buildings or property, the individual representing the group or <br />organization will be held personally responsible for such damage, <br />loss or replacement. <br />(f) An increase of $.25 in all hourly fees and $.50 in all flat fees <br />will be levied on January lst of each new year. <br />945.06 REGULATIONS <br />(a) No liquor, beer, spiked punch or alcoholic beverages of any kind <br />shall be used in or about the buildings or premises. <br />(b) Closing time for the buildings is 12:30 A.M. and all parties or <br />activities must be terminated by that time. <br />(c) The kitchen, dishes and other equipment must be cleaned and <br />readied for immediate service, if used. <br />(d) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in <br />the Community Cabin/Senior Center between the hours of 12:30 A.M. <br />to Noon on Sunday. Dancing between such hours on Sunday is <br />strictly prohibited. <br />(e) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin/ <br />Senior Center shall provide true and accurate information and <br />statements. <br />(f) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment <br />from the building or malicious destruction of property are pro- <br />hibited. Any violation hereof shall subject the violator to the <br />penalty provided under this chapter or the applicable section of <br />the General Offenses Code. <br />(g) All dances shall be sponsored by a. recognized~North Olmsted <br />organization, which shall also provide chaperones for teen dances. <br />(h) Policemen and/or auxiliary policemen may be required to be hired <br />for duty at-the discretion of the Director of Services. <br />(i) Limitation~of 275 persons, maximum occupancy, for the Community Cabin. <br />Limitation of 100 persons maximum occupancy, for the Senior Center. <br />(j) Renters are required to set up and put away tables, chairs, kitchen <br />equipment, etc., and sweep up. If they are unable to do this, they <br />must make arrangements in advance at City Hall and pay a fee of <br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost. This cost will not be <br />chargeable to the following Senior Organizations: 50 Plus, Kenny <br />Seniors, Full Life and North Olmsted Seniors. <br />
