CITY OF NORTH OLMS ORDINANCE N0. 89-L, PAGE FIVE (d) A limitation is hereby established for one Saturday night per month advance registration for any individual or organization. Special consideration will be given to youth groups and Senior Citizen groups. Exceptions to this policy shall be at the dis- cretion of the Service Director. The above rates, charges and deposits pertain to the rental of the Community Cabin and North Olmsted Senior Center building only. (e) In the event the deposit made by an individual, group or organ- ization is insufficient to cover the cost of necessary labor or replacements for lost or damaged equipment or damage to the buildings or property, the individual representing the group or organization will be held personally responsible for such damage, loss or replacement. (f) An increase of $.25 in all hourly fees and $.50 in all flat fees will be levied on January lst of each new year. 945.06 REGULATIONS (a) No liquor, beer, spiked punch or alcoholic beverages of any kind shall be used in or about the buildings or premises. (b) Closing time for the buildings is 12:30 A.M. and all parties or activities must be terminated by that time. (c) The kitchen, dishes and other equipment must be cleaned and readied for immediate service, if used. (d) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in the Community Cabin/Senior Center between the hours of 12:30 A.M. to Noon on Sunday. Dancing between such hours on Sunday is strictly prohibited. (e) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin/ Senior Center shall provide true and accurate information and statements. (f) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment from the building or malicious destruction of property are pro- hibited. Any violation hereof shall subject the violator to the penalty provided under this chapter or the applicable section of the General Offenses Code. (g) All dances shall be sponsored by a. recognized~North Olmsted organization, which shall also provide chaperones for teen dances. (h) Policemen and/or auxiliary policemen may be required to be hired for duty at-the discretion of the Director of Services. (i) Limitation~of 275 persons, maximum occupancy, for the Community Cabin. Limitation of 100 persons maximum occupancy, for the Senior Center. (j) Renters are required to set up and put away tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc., and sweep up. If they are unable to do this, they must make arrangements in advance at City Hall and pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost. This cost will not be chargeable to the following Senior Organizations: 50 Plus, Kenny Seniors, Full Life and North Olmsted Seniors.
