w• <br />? <br />?III <br />JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Responsible to: Building Maintenance Foreman <br />Characteristic duties: <br />Cleaning of floors, windows, normal housekeeping activities, <br />yard work. Employees in this classification must be familiar <br />with basic building nomenclature, including but not limited <br />to, structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning and <br />ventilation systems, due to work experience and/or educational <br />training. <br />Employees in this classification must have the ability to <br />select and skillfully use the proper tools with accuracy and <br />precision under the supervision of the Building Maintenance <br />Foreman who will give detailed assistance on complex work <br />assignments.
