JOB TITLE: BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Responsible to: Superintendent of Service <br />Characteristic duties: <br />Employees in this classification are responsible for main- <br />taining the physical facilities and appearance of the <br />buildings to which they are assigned. Duties include <br />cleaning floors, windows and performing normal housekeeping <br />routines. Duties will also include yard work and minor <br />repairs to the electrical systems and plumbing and heating <br />systems within the capabilities of the employee. <br />Employees in this classification will be assigned to maintain <br />one or more buildings with only general supervision and will <br />be responsible for the physical appearance, cleanliness and <br />mechanical operation of the building. <br />Employees in this classification will perform other duties <br />as assigned, within the general character of the duties above <br />described. <br />EXHIBIT B-6 <br />-50-
