ORDTNANCE N0. 83 - 133 BY: Ronald Wilamosk AN ORDINANCE ESTABLTSHING THE ORGANIZATION AND COMPOSITION OF THE NON-UNIFORM PERSONNEL OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, TOGETHER WITH SALARIES AND VARIOUS BENEFITS FOR SAID EMPLOYEES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a complement for non-uniform police personnel, together with certain benefits covering said employees, apart from the Organizational Chart established for the uniform police personnel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform Police Department personnel of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows: (a) There shall be one (1) secretary; four (4) clerks; thirty (30) auxiliary police; four (4) dispatchers, one of which shall be designated senior dispatcher; eighteen (18) school guards and one (1) police matron, part-time. SECTION 2: That the Council does hereby establish salaries for the various employees specified in Section 1 hereof, ef£ect.ive January 1, 1984. (a) Secretary The secretary sha11 be compensated in accordance with the Ordinance establishing pay ranges for secretaries in the Administrative Chart of the City of North Olmsted. (b) Clerk Clerks shall be compensated in accordance with the Ordinance establishing pay ranges for clerks in the Administrative Chart of the City of North Olmsted.
