• . .?a ,?, ` "Capital" means Capital Holding Corporation, Louis- ville, Rentucky, together with its successors and assigns. "Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and references to the Code and sections of the Code shall be deemed to include relevant regulations and proposed regulations under such sections, and any successor pro vi- sions to such sections, regulations or proposed regulations. "Company" means Great Northern Associates I, Ltd., an Ohio limited partnership, and its successors and assigns. "Completion Date" means the date of completion of the Project as specified in the certificate furnished pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Agreement. "Construction Fund" means the Construction Fund created by Section 6 of this Bond Legislation. "Construction Period" means the period between the beginning of the acquisition, construction, equipping and improving of the Project or the date on which the Project Bonds are deliverbd to the Bondholders, whichever is earlier, and the Completion Date. "Executive" means the Mayor of the Issuer. "Fiscal Officer" means the Finance Director of the Issuer. , "Holder" means any holder from time to time of the Project Bonds. "Lease" means the lease, dated August 19, 1982, as amended December 16, 1982 and , 1983, between the Company as Landlord and First National Supermarkets, Inc. as tenant (the "Tenant") covering the Project. "Legal Officer" means the Law Director of the Issuer. "Legislative Authority" means the City Council of the Issuer. "Loan" means the loan by the Issuer to the Company of the proceeds received from the sale of the Project Bonds to the Bondholders evidenced by the Note. "Loan Documents" means collectively the Agreement, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Rents and Leases, the Note and the Assignment. _ 3
