• . .?a ,?, <br />` "Capital" means Capital Holding Corporation, Louis- <br />ville, Rentucky, together with its successors and assigns. <br />"Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as <br />amended, and references to the Code and sections of the Code <br />shall be deemed to include relevant regulations and proposed <br />regulations under such sections, and any successor pro vi- <br />sions to such sections, regulations or proposed regulations. <br />"Company" means Great Northern Associates I, Ltd., an <br />Ohio limited partnership, and its successors and assigns. <br />"Completion Date" means the date of completion of the <br />Project as specified in the certificate furnished pursuant <br />to Section 3.4 of the Agreement. <br />"Construction Fund" means the Construction Fund created <br />by Section 6 of this Bond Legislation. <br />"Construction Period" means the period between the <br />beginning of the acquisition, construction, equipping and <br />improving of the Project or the date on which the Project <br />Bonds are deliverbd to the Bondholders, whichever is <br />earlier, and the Completion Date. <br />"Executive" means the Mayor of the Issuer. <br />"Fiscal Officer" means the Finance Director of the <br />Issuer. , <br />"Holder" means any holder from time to time of the <br />Project Bonds. <br />"Lease" means the lease, dated August 19, 1982, as <br />amended December 16, 1982 and , 1983, between <br />the Company as Landlord and First National Supermarkets, <br />Inc. as tenant (the "Tenant") covering the Project. <br />"Legal Officer" means the Law Director of the Issuer. <br />"Legislative Authority" means the City Council of the <br />Issuer. <br />"Loan" means the loan by the Issuer to the Company of <br />the proceeds received from the sale of the Project Bonds to <br />the Bondholders evidenced by the Note. <br />"Loan Documents" means collectively the Agreement, the <br />Mortgage, the Assignment of Rents and Leases, the Note and <br />the Assignment. _ <br />3
