AN ORDINANCE ESTABLIST-IING THE ORGANIZATION AND COMPOSITION OF TIiE NON-UNIFORM PERSON-NFL OF THF pOLICE DEPARTMENT, TOGFTHER WITH SAL_ARIES AND VARIOUS BENEFITS FOR SAID EMPLOYEES, AVD DECLARI-NIG Aj1 EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a comnlement for non-uniform police nersonnel, together with certain benefits covering said employees, anart from the Organizational Chart established for the uniform police personnel. NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAH-IGA ,AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTI0N 1: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform Police Department personnel of the City of North Olmatecl shall be as follows: (a) There shall be one (1) secretary; f.our (4) clerks; thirty (30) auxiliary police; four (4) dispatchers, one of which shall be designated senior 3isT)atcher; eighteen (18) school ,guards and one (1) police matron, part-time. SECTION 2: That the Council does hereby establish salaries for the various employees srecified in Section 1:nereof, retroactive to July 4, 1983. (a) Secretarv The secretary shall be compensated in accordance with the ordinance establishing nav ranges for secretaries in the Administrative Chart of the City of North Olmsted. (b) Clerk Clerks shall be comnensated in accordance with the ordinance establishing nay ranges for clerks in the Administrative Chart of?the City of North Olmsted.
