AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDD2ENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLD4STED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO LINIITED INDUSTRY-INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 82-104. WHEREAS, this Council previously adopted Ordinance No. 82-104 on December 7, 1982, and 'NHEREAS, there has been a question raised with respect to proper notice being given regarding the Public Hearing, and WHEREAS, even though under the law, the aforesaid Ordinance, as adopted, is presumed to be valid, and all steps taken in the pas8age of said Ordinance are presumed to have been done with regularity, and WHEREAS, if in irregularity in the described real prop Residence under the subject of a proper and fact, it were determined that there was passage of said Ordinance, that the below erty would not be zoned properly for Multiple present conditions and would not be the development and use under that category, WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission on the llth of Januar , 19833, recommended approval of t e c ange of tFe cfiistrict erein specified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLN;STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommenda- tion, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Crdinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the hlayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from Multiple Residence District to Limited Industry-Industrial Park District: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of original Olmsted Township Lot No. l, Tract 6 and further being all of Sublots 141 through 148, 176 through 185 and parts of Sublots 133, 149, 150 and 175 in Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 as shown on plat recorded in Volume 171, Page 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the tiVesterly line of said Sublot No. 185; Thence, South 63° 56' 40" East 427.38 feet along the Southerly line of Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) to the
