S IET NI I, MAYOR Thence, North 10 43' 50" East 912.80 feet along said Westerly line of Zehman-Wol£ and Sherman Construction Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 to the place of beginning. SECTION 2: That the Clerk af this Council be and she is hereby directe to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That prior to the third and £inal reading hereof, t? Clerk of Council did certify in writing to the members of Council that proper notice of the Public Hearing was given in accordance with the requirements of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 4: That Ordinance 82-104 as previously adopted is hereby-repealed. SECTION 5: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described land from Nlultiple Residence District to Limited Industry-Industrial Park District, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted.
