<br />attendance at Police Training Schools within Cuyahoga County, <br />which schools are for a two (2) week period, with ten (10) days <br />in class attendance. <br />ARTICLE XVII <br />LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />The City shall provide insurance coverage respecting <br />the liability of all employees of the North Olmsted Police <br />Department against all causes of action arising out of <br />allegations of false arrest, according to specifications now on <br />file, as provided for in Resolution 79-75 of the City of North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances. <br />ARTICLE XVIII <br />DURATION <br />This Agreement represents an understanding between the <br />City and the F.O.P., and it shall be effective as of January 1, <br />1985 and remain in full force and effect until December 31, <br />1986 and from year to year thereafter unless at least sixty <br />(60) days prior to that expiration date, or any anniversary <br />date thereof, either party provides written notice to the other <br />of any intent to modify or terminate this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set <br />their hands this day of 1 19 <br />For the F.O.P. - North <br />Olmsted Division <br />For the City of North Olmsted <br />. ,' . <br />-24- . <br />,?.. • <br />,?F.. . . <br />?- <br />o? , , .
