? <br />? <br />paid for all overtime hours accumulated in excess of eighty <br />(80) hours for the three (3) calendar month period immediately <br />prior to the above dates of January 15, April 15, July 15 and <br />October 15. Any payment as set forth above shall be paid at <br />the rate of pay applicable to each employee according to his <br />Police Department classification, and payments shall include <br />accumulated overtime and longevity earned. <br />Any member of the Police Department being changed in <br />rank shall be paid immediately for all overtime he has • <br />accumulated and he shall commence the tenure of his new rank <br />with no overtime hours. Such pay shall be based on the <br />employee's classification prior to his promotion, fn accordance <br />with 139.02 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />5. Each member, except the Chief of Police, shall <br />receive an additional four (4) hours straight-time pay if <br />required to work eight (8) hours or more on Thanksgiving, <br />Christmas and Easter, or receive time off in lieu thereof, as <br />approved by the Chief of Police. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />WAGES <br />1. Effective January 1, 1985, all employees of the <br />Police Department, except the Chief of Police, shall receive a <br />wage increase of five and one-half percent ((5-1/29K) of their <br />base pay rate, and shall be paid bi-weekly; <br />Captain <br />Lieutenant <br />Sergeant <br />$35,043.00 <br />$31,857.00 <br />$28,961.00 <br />-5-
