? w. CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 84-32 PAGE 2 Thence South 2° 27' 38" West, along a line parallel to the westerly line of the aforesaid Hattie F. Honecker parcel, 805.36 feet to the South line of Original Lot No. 7 said line being also the centerline of Brookpark Road (160 feet wide); Then North 89° 54' 38" East, along said centerline and Original Lot Line, 155.10 feet to the southwest corner of the aforesaid Honecker parcel; Then North 2° 27' 38" East, along the westerly line of said Honecker parcel, 881.67 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing therein 130,480 square feet (2.9954 acres) of land be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways as appears on this plat of survey by Richard R. Ziegman, Registered Ohio Surveyor No. 6706 dated February 9, 1984. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby directed to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City. SECTION 3: Upon approval hereof, the Engineer of this City shall amend said Zoning Map of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zoning Nlap will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described land from Class B High-Rise Business Office and Professional District to General Retail Business District, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted.
