. • r , `?....; ? <br />• bill the Discharger for the costs fncurred by the City for any <br />cleaning, repair, or replacement work caused by the violation or <br />discharge. Failure to pay the assessed costs within 90 days shall <br />constitute a violation of this Ordinance enforceable under the provi- <br />sions of Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />(c) (1) No person shall knowingly make any false statement, <br />representation or certification in any applcation, <br />record, report, plan or other document filed or required <br />to be maintained pursuant to the Codified Ordinances or <br />with purpose to mislead a public official in performing <br />his official function. <br />(2) No person shall, without privilege to do so, knowingly <br />damage or improperly tamper with any monitoring device <br />or method required or authorized under the Codified <br />Ordinances. <br />(3) Whoever violates (1) and (2) herein shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the third degree and be fined not more <br />than $500.00 and be imprisoned not more than 60 days, or <br />both. <br />Ah -15-
