? of constructing an eight-inch sewer, less the City's portion of such <br />cost, has been levied or will be made pursuant to appropriation <br />proceedings. <br />SCHEDULE A <br />(Res idential) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after February 8, 1965, and prior <br />to the date established in Schedule C hereof: <br />Single-family residence . . . <br />For single-family residences <br />located on lots where the <br />frontage exceeds sixty <br />feet, an additional charge <br />of $8.25 per foot for each <br />foot in excess of sixty <br />feet. Multiple-family <br />residences, including <br />apartments . . . . . . . . . <br />. $495.50 base charge <br />. $450.00 base charge for each <br />family unit if there are not more <br />than two family units; $425.00 <br />base charge for each family unit <br />if there are more than two but <br />not more than four family units, <br />and $400.00 for each family unit <br />if there are more than four <br />family units. <br />For multiple-family <br />residences located on <br />lots where the frontage <br />exceeds 120 feet, an additional <br />charge of $8.25 per foot for <br />each foot in excess of 120 feet. <br />SCHEDULE B <br />(Commercial and industrial Establishments) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after February 8, 1965, and prior <br />to the date established in Schedule D hereof, except as hereinafter <br />provided, the following tap-in charges shall be applicable depending <br />upon the size of the water meter installed or to be installec7: <br />Water Meter Size (Inches) Charge <br />5/8 $ 495.50 <br />3/4 743.25 <br />1 1,114.87 <br />1-1/2 - 1,982.00 <br />2 2,973.00 <br />-17-
