<br /> <br />SCHEDULE C <br />(Res ident ia 1) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968: <br />Single-family residence <br />For single residences located <br />on lots where the frontage <br />exceeds sixty feet, an additional <br />charge of $11.70 per foot for <br />each foot in excess of sixty feet. <br />$ 702.00 base charge <br />SCHEDULE D <br />(Commercial and Industrial Establishments) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968, except as <br />hereinafter provided, the following tap-in charges shall be applica- <br />ble, depending upon the size of the water meter installed or to be <br />installed: <br />Water Meter Size (Inches) Charqe <br />5/8 $ 702.00 <br />3/4 1,055.00 <br />1 1,580.00 <br />1-1/2 2,808.00 <br />2 4,212.00 <br />However, if the water to be used on the premises is not and will <br />not be measured by a water meter, the Service Director shall, on the <br />basis of accepted engineering practices and, further, on the basis of <br />requirements of similar or comparable establishments, determine the <br />size of a water meter that would be-required to serve the premises. <br />The meter size so determined shall be used in calculating the charge <br />unner the foregoing Schedules B and D. (Ord. 68-150. Passed 9-17-68.) <br />(c) Permit anci Charges in Addition to Other Requirements. The <br />permit and charges provided for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof <br />shall be in addition to any other permits and charges required by any <br />other legislation and regulations of the City. <br />(d) Penalty. Any person, natural or corporate, who violates any <br />provision of subsection (a) or (b) hereof, shall be fined twenty-five <br />dollars ($25.00) per day for any such violation, and each day's con- <br />tinue8 violation shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(e) Disposition of Moneys. All charges collected pursuant to <br />subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue <br />Fund established by Section 4 of the Mortgage Revenue Bond Ordinance <br />(Ordinance 3146, passed November 3, 1960) authorizing the issuance of <br />one million five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,525,000) <br />first mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds.
