w <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: ? <br />AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF <br />CERTAIN STREETS AND RpADS BX THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSTONERS OF CUYAHOGA COUNTX, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively <br />approved a Maintenance and Repair Program; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads approved for maintenance and <br />repair are municipal streets and also County roads; and <br />WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or all <br />of the following operations; , <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 9 <br />1. Repairing roadway berms on uncurbed pavements <br />2. Clearing and repairing culverts and drainage systems <br />within the right-Qf-way <br />3. Repairing and maintaining road surface <br />4. Mowing weeds on berms on uncurbed pavements <br />5. Repairing and installing guardrails <br />6. City Line <br />Columbia Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Butternut Ridge Road <br />Butternut Ridge Road <br />Cedar Point Road <br />Columbia Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Southerly City Line <br />Northerly City Line <br />Easterly City Line <br />Mastick Road <br />Northerly City Line <br />Northerly City Line <br />Southerly City Line <br />Southerly City Line <br />Easterly City Line <br />Southerly City Line <br />Southerly City Line <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That it is declared to be of public interest <br />that the consent of the City of North Olmsted be and such consent <br />is hereby given to the enumerated maintenance and repair operations <br />on the above mentioned roads, between the termini aforesaid from <br />the date hereof, until such time as the Board of County Commissioners <br />or the County Engineer, at their sole discretion, terminate such <br />maintenance operations. The Ci.ty of North Olmsted shall receive <br />written notification at least sixty (60)days prior to the intended <br />termination date.
