CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 85 -137 BY: RONALD TALLON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1151.04, SUBSECTION (K) OF THE ZONING CODE ENTITLED "ACCESSORY USES IN ANY RESIDENCE DISTRICT" OF CHAPER 1151 OF THE ZONING CODE ENTITLED "USE RESTRICTIONS". WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the permitted uses in the Residence District; and WHEREAS, after having reviewed said uses, this Council has determined that the concept of Accessory Uses should be broadly construed so as to permit a number of uses in that district, in such a fashion that the same are blended in accordance with proper design standards, as well as planning standards; and WHEREAS, the present Accessory Uses is not specific, with respect to permitted uses; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to specifically set out the various uses permitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That Section 1151.04 of the Zoning Code entitled "Accessory Uses in Any Residence District" which now reads: The £ollowing accessory uses and buildings are permitted in any Residence District: (A) Within a dwelling, the office of a surgeon, physician, clergyman, architect, engineer, attorney or other professional person residing in such dwelling and employing not more than one non-resident office or laboratory assistant, provided no sign or other outward evidence, of the occupation that is carried on upon the premises except one complying with Section 1225.01 of the Zoning Code is displayed on the premises. (B) Customary home occupation for gain carried on in the dwelling requiring only customary home equipment,
