?_,,.?_...n.. .. .?,,?...?I<?.,,,.., , . . . _ . .?.. ... _ _ _ _ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 85- 137 PAGE 3 (3) The construction or erection of a tool shed as specified in both D(1) and D(2) hereof are subject to the following additional requirements: the maximum height limitation on any structure shall be eight (8) feet; no part of said shed shall be constructed closer than five (5) feet from any lot line; said shed shall be constructed so as to have one wall no more than ten (10) feet from the rear lot line; and that said shed shall be screened from public view in a manner satisfactory to the building official. (E) Accessory buildings designed, built, altered, or used to house wild or domestic fowl, animals, or reptiles provided that it is located so that no part of the same shall be within ten (10) feet of any rear or side line of the lot on which the same is located and within two hundred (200) feet of a dwelling on any adjacent lot or within two hundred (200) feet of the source of any private water supply or any street line. Shelters for dogs shall not be subject to the foregoing requirements as to location except that the same shall be confined to the rear yard area. (F) A boarding house. (G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided the same is not over six (6) feet in height above grade level or is more than sixteen (16) feet in length or no part of which is closer than five (5) feet to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the same is located. In no case shall the above be permitted in front setback area. (H) (1) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as to constitute a fence, which is not more than five (5) feet high at any time along any side or rear property line which does not extend nearer the street line than the building line, except that fences in which at least fifty percent (50%) of the face is open or hedges may be established from the building line to the street line
