CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 83-31 PAGE TWO (I) Full time employees who have completed nine full yeara of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; said vaca[ion shall be taken during [he tenth year of employmen[. (J) Full time employees who have completed ten full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; aaid vacation ahall be taken during [he eleventh year of emnloyment. (K) Full time employees who have completed eleven full yeara of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the twelf[h year of employment. (L) Full [1me employees vho have completed tvelve full years of employment are entitled to four weel;s vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the thir[eenth year of employmeni. (M) Full time employees who have completed thirteen full years of employtoent are entitled [o four weeks vacation: said vacation shall be taken during the fourceenth year of employment. (N) Full time employees who have completed fourteen full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fifteenth year of employment. (0) Full time employees who have completed fifteen full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the sixteenth year of employment. (P) Full time employees who have completed sixteen full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the seventeenth year of employment. (Q) Full time employeea who have completed seven[een full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation ahall be taken during the seventeenth year of emoloyment. (R) Full time employeea who have completed eiqhieen full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the nineteenth year of employment. (S) Full time employees who have completed nineteen full years of employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during and after the twentieth year of employment. For purposes of twenty-four (24) hour platoon personnel on the Fire Department, the following formula shall apply: (AA) Full time employees who have completed one full year of employment are entitled to five (S) duty days vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the aecond year of emoloyment. (BB) Full time employees who have completed two full years of employment are entitled to five (5) duty days vacation; said vacation ahall be taken during the third year of employment. (CC) Full time employees who have completed three full years of employment are entitled [o five (5) duty daya vaca[ion; said vacation shall be taken during the fourth year of employment.
