.?._ .. <br />i <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85- 47 <br />PAGE 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council does hereby direct the Mayor, Director <br />of Public Service and the Director of Law to take any and all steps legally <br />necessary to retain control of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line so as <br />to benefit not only the citizens of the City of North Olmsted, but, also to <br />benefit the citizens of Cuyahoga County in that the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line has acted as a bench r.?ark of the quality of service which should <br />be met by all transit systems located within the county. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be and the same hereby is <br />declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this City <br />and for the further reason that it is necessary to urge the administration <br />to act in that the time constraints of both July 1, 1985 and September l, <br />1985, are quickly approaching and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon it passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />4 1 0 <br />? <br />ENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK COUNC L ?_AMES BOEHMER, PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ED: <br />u,w <br />C W.
