<br />,• . <br />Page 13 <br />` <br />., ARTICLE RRI <br />Successors <br />This Agreement shall be binding upon successors and assigns of the <br />parties hereto, and no provisions, terms, or obligations herein <br />contained shall be affected, modified, altered, or changed in any <br />respect whatsoever by the consolidation, merger, annexation, <br />transfer, or assignment of either party hereto, or by any change <br />geographically or otherwise in the location or place of business of <br />either party. <br />AST-ICLE XXII <br />Savings Clause <br />If any provisions of this Agreement, or the application of anp <br />provision of this Agreement should be rendered or declared invalid <br />by any court action or reason of any ezisting or subsequently <br />enacted legislation, the remaining parts or portions of this <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />ARTICLE RXIII <br />Association Business <br />Two (2) members of the Association elected by the Association for <br />the purpose of negotiating with the Employer shall be allowed time <br />off for all meetings with the Employer which shall be mutually set <br />by the Employer and the Association, provided the Association <br />members remain ia service. <br />ARTICLE IIXIV <br />Association Meetings <br />24.1 The Employer agrees that the Association shall be permitted to hold <br />meetings at the fire house as long as the meetings do not interfere <br />with the regular activities of the Fire Department. <br />24.2 Such meetings must be approved in advance by the Fire Chief and are <br />limited to members of the Association unless otherwise approved by <br />the Fire Chief. <br />ARTICLE XXiT <br />Light Duty <br />25.1 If Light Duty is available, or at the Fire Chief•s discretion, an <br />Employee may be assigned Light Duty. He shall first submit a <br />request to the Fire Chief with corroboration from the Employee•s <br />physician as to why and how long the Employee will be on,;Light
