CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 85-38 PAGE 2 at the City Hall, a written plea of guilty, commonly known as a waiver, within forty-eight hours after such notification, Sunday or holidays excepted, may for such offense pay a fine of six dollars ($6.00) without costs. If such written plea is made after forty-eight hours after such notification, Sundays or holidays excepted, then such violator may pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) without costs. (b) Notwithstanding other waiver fees contained herein, any violator of Section 351.13 or 351.14 may sign a waiver and pay for the first offense, fifteen dollars ($15.00), and for each subsequent offense during the same winter season, not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (c) Notwithstanding other waiver fees contained herein, any violator of Section 351.20 (d) may sign a waiver and pay a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) without costs. (d) Upon failure of a violator to appear and make such pleas as aforesaid within a seventy-two hour period, a warrant may be issued for the arrest of the violator and, upon conviction of the offense, such violator shall be subject to the penalty provided in 5ection 303.99 of this Traffic Code and all provisions incorpor- ated herein". SECTION 2: That Section 351,18 as previously adopted and any other ordinance or part of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in force from and after February l, 1986. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
