<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85-38 <br />PAGE 2 <br />at the City Hall, a written plea of guilty, commonly known as <br />a waiver, within forty-eight hours after such notification, <br />Sunday or holidays excepted, may for such offense pay a fine <br />of six dollars ($6.00) without costs. If such written plea is <br />made after forty-eight hours after such notification, Sundays <br />or holidays excepted, then such violator may pay a fine of ten <br />dollars ($10.00) without costs. <br />(b) Notwithstanding other waiver fees contained herein, any <br />violator of Section 351.13 or 351.14 may sign a waiver and pay <br />for the first offense, fifteen dollars ($15.00), and for each <br />subsequent offense during the same winter season, not less than <br />twenty-five dollars ($25.00). <br />(c) Notwithstanding other waiver fees contained herein, any <br />violator of Section 351.20 (d) may sign a waiver and pay a fine <br />of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) without costs. <br />(d) Upon failure of a violator to appear and make such pleas <br />as aforesaid within a seventy-two hour period, a warrant may be <br />issued for the arrest of the violator and, upon conviction of <br />the offense, such violator shall be subject to the penalty provided <br />in 5ection 303.99 of this Traffic Code and all provisions incorpor- <br />ated herein". <br />SECTION 2: That Section 351,18 as previously adopted and any <br />other ordinance or part of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in force from and <br />after February l, 1986. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ?,?,?•?A,?,? 47 S <br />ATTEST: <br />13 <br />&t?? e c <br />FLORINCE E.
