CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85- 34 <br />BY: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH AN ARCHITECT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />RENOVATION OF THE NORTH OLMSTED COMMUNITY <br />CABIN, NOT TO EXCEED $3,000.00 AND DECLAP.ING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to hire a professional <br />architect to supervise and monitor the renovation of the North Olmsted <br />Community Cabin, not to exceed $3,000.00, in that it is Council's belief <br />that it is extremely important to have this project closely monitored by a <br />professional architect; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to <br />enter into an agreement to provide for said services;. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into an Agreement with a professional architect, for the purpose <br />of renovation of the North 0lmsted Community Cabin, not to exceed <br />$3,000.00. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the futher reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to coordinate the construction of this project, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: _& l/ ?lus <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, ERK OF COUNCIL 'f JAMES BOEHMER, PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />???•- <br />PROV 7i ? 9 <br />Lst Reading: O-A4?,Z' ,P_. /p&S <br />c? ? • ond Reading: tX <br />ROBERT W.
