<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85-3 <br />PAGE 6 <br />No part of this thirty (30) minutes shall be used to re- <br />cover 6 or 8 hour bonus time, and it shall not be a part of <br />daily or weekly overtime or weekly guarantee time. The thirty <br />(30) minutes shall be paid at a straight-time rate. <br />SECTION 14: Management Agreement <br />The City of North Olmsted recognizes that by virtue of the <br />Management Agreement that the City has with the Greater Cleveland <br />Regional Transit Authority, benefits paid to the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line employees cannot exceed the value of benefits <br />paid to the employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority. <br />SECTION 15: Employee Responsibility <br />That all employees of the North Olmsted <br />are mandated by governmental obligation to <br />public transportation services to contracted <br />citizens of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 16: That Ordinance Number 80- <br />repealed and any other ordinances or parts <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Municipal Bus Line <br />provide essential <br />areas and to the <br />48 is specifically <br />of ordinances in <br />SECTION 17: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to establish benefits <br />for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line employees to be similiar <br />with, but not exceed, benefits granted to employees of the Great- <br />er Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elect- <br />ed to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? 6-,S- <br />ATTEST: <br />? ~! <br />FLO NCE E.
