CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 85-3 PAGE 5 SECTION 7: Hospitalization The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount for hospitalization for all full time employees, provided that the full amount to be paid does not exceed the amount allowed by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority to its employ- ees under their then existing program. SECTION $: Dental The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full cost for em- ployee and family coverage (including the rider covering child- ren ages 19-23) of a Dental Plan providing twenty five dollars ($25.00) deductible per person per year, for all full time em- ployees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. SECTION 9: Prescription The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full cost for em- ployee and family coverage of a three dollar ($3.00) deductible prescription plan for all full time employees, except when such coverage is provided in a basic health care plan. SECTION 10: Eye Care The City of North Olmsted shall provide eye care to the employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, on a cost parity basis, as provided to the employees of the Greater Cleve- land Regional Transit Authority. SECTION 11: Tool Allowance All full time maintenance employees of the following class- ifications, Mechanic Equipment, Mechanic Leader, and Mechanic Apprentice; shall receive an annual allowance of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.) for the purchase of tools and related equipment, necessary in the performance of their work with the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. SECTION 12: Bus Operator Seniority That there is a seniority system whereby the operator having the most seniority respectively, shall have the first choice of runs and so on down the list until all runs are filled. Any runs or assignments which are not picked for any particular day shall be assigned to the first extra operator for that day from the bottom of the seniority list. The date of service for an operator will start after completion of the prescribed training program. Any extra overtime work not assigned (after assignment to extra list and miss operators) shall be presented to the most senior operator on his/her day off, provided he/she picked that day as willing-to-work and an emergency situation does not ex- ist. The operator run schedules are provided by the Regional Transit Authority and are subject to their regulations in the configuration of these runs. SECTION 13: Accident Reports Operators shall be paid thirty (30) minutes for completing accident reports, (determined by management discretion) provid- ed he/she complied with the rules of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line concerning the handling of accidents.
