CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85-3 <br />PAGE 5 <br />SECTION 7: Hospitalization <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount for <br />hospitalization for all full time employees, provided that the <br />full amount to be paid does not exceed the amount allowed by <br />the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority to its employ- <br />ees under their then existing program. <br />SECTION $: Dental <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full cost for em- <br />ployee and family coverage (including the rider covering child- <br />ren ages 19-23) of a Dental Plan providing twenty five dollars <br />($25.00) deductible per person per year, for all full time em- <br />ployees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 9: Prescription <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full cost for em- <br />ployee and family coverage of a three dollar ($3.00) deductible <br />prescription plan for all full time employees, except when such <br />coverage is provided in a basic health care plan. <br />SECTION 10: Eye Care <br />The City of North Olmsted shall provide eye care to the <br />employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, on a cost <br />parity basis, as provided to the employees of the Greater Cleve- <br />land Regional Transit Authority. <br />SECTION 11: Tool Allowance <br />All full time maintenance employees of the following class- <br />ifications, Mechanic Equipment, Mechanic Leader, and Mechanic <br />Apprentice; shall receive an annual allowance of One Hundred <br />Fifty Dollars ($150.) for the purchase of tools and related <br />equipment, necessary in the performance of their work with the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 12: Bus Operator Seniority <br />That there is a seniority system whereby the operator having <br />the most seniority respectively, shall have the first choice of <br />runs and so on down the list until all runs are filled. Any runs <br />or assignments which are not picked for any particular day shall <br />be assigned to the first extra operator for that day from the <br />bottom of the seniority list. The date of service for an operator <br />will start after completion of the prescribed training program. <br />Any extra overtime work not assigned (after assignment to <br />extra list and miss operators) shall be presented to the most <br />senior operator on his/her day off, provided he/she picked that <br />day as willing-to-work and an emergency situation does not ex- <br />ist. <br />The operator run schedules are provided by the Regional <br />Transit Authority and are subject to their regulations in the <br />configuration of these runs. <br />SECTION 13: Accident Reports <br />Operators shall be paid thirty (30) minutes for completing <br />accident reports, (determined by management discretion) provid- <br />ed he/she complied with the rules of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line concerning the handling of accidents.
