After 988 hours of service or 3 years elapsed time, a part-time <br />employee, upon a satisfactory evaluation by his/her supervisors, will be <br />eligible to receive consideration for an increase in wages. <br />Full-time employees salary ranges are as follows: <br />F. Clerical Assistant <br />G. Head Cashier <br />H. Maintenance <br />I. Maintenance Foreman <br />J. Head Tennis Pro <br />K. Recreation Supervisor <br />Secretary <br />L. Assistant Director <br />M. Director <br />$ 9,500 to $15,200 Per Year <br />$10,000 to $15,000 Per Year <br />$5.29 to $7.69 Per Hour <br />$18,500 to $27,430 Per Year <br />$ 7,280 to $10,400 Per Year <br />$14,000 to $18,000 Per Year <br />$12,560 to $18,760 Per Year <br />$13,560 to $27,430 Per Year <br />$24,202 to $33,000 Per Year <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges and amounts established for all full- <br />time employees for the year 1986 will be effective retroactive to January l, 1986. <br />Salaries specif ied in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on <br />a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 3: All full-time employees listed in Section I hereof, having <br />completed five (5) years of full time continuous service as employees of said <br />departments shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual <br />salary; thereafter until completion of the tenth (lOth) year of full time <br />continuous service after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) <br />of their base annual salary; thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth <br />(15th) year of fu11 time continuous service, such employee shall receive six <br />percent (6%) of their base annual salary until after the completion of the <br />twentieth (20th) year of full time continuous service, and during each year of <br />full time service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (77) of their <br />base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 4: That all full-time employees as designated in Section I <br />hereof shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by <br />their supervisor, the Parks and Recreation Director or Mayor, in emergencies, <br />and shall receive their regular rate of pay; New Year's Day; President's Day; <br />Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; <br />Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and a floating holiday. <br />SECTION 5: That all full-time employees as listed in Section I hereof <br />shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the vacation ordin- <br />ance adopted by Council.
