<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86- 3 <br />BY : ;?? . ? <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1217.08 OF THE <br />ZONING CODE ENTITLED "REVIEW PROCEDURES OF <br />APPLICATIONS" OF CHAPTER 1217 ENTITLFD <br />ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, this Council wishes to preserve trees and further require <br />?reen areas be maintained in the various zoning districts; and <br />LVI-IEREAS, by virtue of the adoption of Chapter 950 of the Codified <br />Ordinances the City has declared trees to be a resource of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to insure that owners and developers maintain our <br />natural resources this Council wishes to adopt the within amendment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SFCTION l: That Section 1217.08 of the Zonin, Code entitled "'Review <br />Procedures of Applications" which now reads; <br />1217.08 Review Procedures of Applications_ <br />(A) Submission of A,pplications. All applications for buildin? permits <br />with accompanyin; drawings; renderings, data and Material samples <br />to be used, shall be submitted to the Building Commissioner. <br />After processing same, he shall submit such applications as <br />follows: <br />(B) Multi-family, Institutional, Business, Commercial and Industrial <br />Buildings. The Building Official shall submit to the Secretary of <br />the Plannina Commission, all applications for multi--family, <br />institutional, business, commercial and industrial buildings for <br />Planning Commission review of the proposed use, parking, setbacks <br />and yard requirements for conformance with the provisions of the <br />Zoning Code and any supplementary rules and regulations which have <br />been adopted and published. These requirements shall affect both <br />new construction and alterations or additions to existing <br />buildings of these types. <br />Upon receipt of the application, the Secretary of the Planning <br />Commission shall transmit a copy of said application to the <br />1
