<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 86- 3 <br />PAGE 2 <br />Architectural Review Board for its review, report and <br />recommendation. The Architectural Review Board shall, within <br />thirty (30) days from receivin? such application, provide and <br />furnish to the PlanninQ Commission its report upon its respective <br />jurisdiction. <br />Within sixty (60) days after an application has been filed with <br />the Secretary or such longer time as agreed upon by the developer <br />and Comrnission, the Plannina Commission shall evaluate the <br />development proposal, and report of the Architectural Review <br />Board, and shall make a finding either that the proposal complies <br />with regulations, standards, and criteria prescribed by this Code <br />applicable to the proposal, or 3 finding of any failure of such <br />compliance and shall approve, disapprove or modify such proposal. <br />(C) Approval. If the application for a building Permit is approved by <br />the Planning Commission as required in this Section, the Buildin, <br />Official shall issue a building permit. <br />be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />1217.08 Review Procedures of Applications <br />(A) Submission of Applications. Al1 applications for buildin¢ <br />permits with accompanying drawings, renderings, data and material <br />samples to be used, shall be submitted to the Building <br />Commissioner. All applications shall include a detailed <br />landscaping plan which shall detail existing trees and ornamental <br />plants. Said landscaping plan shall detail proposed changes in <br />existing ground cover. Consistent with Chapter 950 of Codified <br />Ordinance no trees will be removed without the applicant havin; <br />first obtained a permit. Once the landscape plan has been finally <br />approved it shall become a permanent part of the buildino, <br />departments file. No changes in landscaping shall be made without <br />first having obtained a permit consistent with Chapter 950 of the <br />Codified Ordinances. <br />(B) Multi-family, Institutional, Business, CorLmercial and Industrial <br />Buildings_ The Building Official shall submit to the Secretary of <br />the Plannin? Commission, all applications for multi-family, <br />institutional, business, commercial and industrial buildings for <br />2
