CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 86- 0 BY: RON TALLON AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO SINGLE RESIDENCE B DISTRICT. GJHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land; and WHEREAS, after a carefu consideration, the Planning Commission of the City, on the ? day of , 1986, recommended approval of the change of the district her 'n speci ed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLr1STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That after submisssion of this Ordinance to the Planning Cornmission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the followino described parcel of land from General Retail Business District to Single Residence B District: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 7, bounded and described as follows; Beginning at the intersection of the Centerline of Root Road (60 feet wide) and the Centerline of Lorain Road (80 feet wide);
