Passant by <br />deed recorded in Volume 15257, Page 584 of Cuyahgoa <br />County Records; <br />Thence North 1° 10' 15" East along said West line of <br />Passant about 253.14 feet to a point in the current <br />zoning line which is 500 feet Northwesterly (by <br />rectangular measurement) from the centerline of said <br />Lorain Road; <br />Thence North 60° 31' 00" East along said current zoning <br />line and parallel with said Lorain Road, 54,69 feet to a <br />point on the North line of said land conveyed to <br />Passant; <br />Thence North 89° 55' 15" East along said North line of <br />Passant, 34.67 feet to the Northeast corner of said <br />land; <br />Thence South 1° 10' 15" West along the East line of said <br />land conveyed to Passant, 280.00 feet to the principal <br />place of beginning, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall arnend said Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclose <br />that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by <br />changing the zoning of said described land from General Retail Business <br />District to Single Residence B District, and that said parcel of land may <br />be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by <br />the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted.
