pay for hours worked in addition to regular holiday pay in <br />accordance with Article 22. Hours worked on a day designated as a <br />Personal Day in accordance with Article 22, shall be paid at time <br />and one-half (1 1/2) the employees straight time pay rate for <br />hours worked, in addition to regular holiday pay in accordance <br />with Article 22. <br />Section 6. In determining whether an employee has worked <br />in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week, the following <br />shall be considered as hours worked: <br />(a) Hours on a holiday which the employee did not work <br />but for which he received pay pursuant to <br />Article 22 of this Agreement; <br />(b) Hours of vacation which the employee did not work <br />but for which he received pay pursuant to <br />Article 21 of this Agreement; <br />(c) Hours of jury duty or witness duty which the <br />employee did not work but for which he received <br />pay pursuant to Article 26 of this Agreement. <br />There shall be no pyramiding of overtime. <br />Section 7: If a time clock is to be used for a department, <br />all hourly employees shall be required to clock in and clock out <br />at the beginning and end of each shift. Any employee clocking in <br />late will be docked to the nearest tenth of an hour. Any <br />employee working overtime with the approval of supervision shall <br />be paid overtime to the next tenth of an hour. <br />17 <br />
