The charges made by the third physician shall be <br />shared equally by the City and the Union. <br />Section 4: No more than one member of any Waste Water <br />Treatment shift crew may be absent on school leave or for <br />'"" certification tests at any time. Seniority will govern. The <br />second man will make special arrangements suitable to the <br />superintendent. <br />Section 5.
