ARTICLE 37: WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />Section 1: __ Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit <br />work to the extent that results in lay-off, a reduction in work <br />force or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. <br />Except for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining <br />unit tasks outside of the Supervisor's normal working hours to <br />deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel.. <br />ARTICLE 38: CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATION <br />Section 1: Assignment to the chipper and brush truck will <br />be rotated weekly among the available, qualified personnel in the <br />Forest Crew.
