ARTICLE 40: DURATION <br />Section 1: This Agreement shall become effective on the <br />19th day of July, 1987 and shall continue in full force and <br />effect until 12:01 A.M. on July 18, 1989, and thereafter from <br />year to year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days <br />prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either <br />party gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged. within <br />fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier <br />than March 18th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties he eto have set their hands <br />~• this day of ~ Pi~ -~~ 1987 . <br />OHIO C UNC 8 <br />By : ~-- ~ , <br />J n A.
