JOB TITLE: SENIOR BIIILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Responsible to: Building Maintenance Foreman <br />Characteristic duties: Cleaning of floors, windows, normal <br />housekeeping activities, yard work. Employees in this <br />classification must be familiar with basic building nomenclature, <br />including but not limited to, structural, electrical, heating, <br />air conditioning and ventilation systems, due to work experience <br />and/or educational training. <br />Employees in this classification must have the ability to select <br />and skillfully use the proper tools with accuracy and precision <br />under the supervision of the Building Maintenance Foreman who <br />will. give detailed assistance on complex work assignments. <br />However, routine work shall be performed with initiative, <br />independent of close supervision. <br />Work will be reviewed for proper performance and adequacy of <br />results. <br />EXHIBIT B-5 <br />58 <br />.,. <br />
