JOB TITLE: <br />Responsible to: <br />BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Superintendent of Service <br />Characteristic duties: Employees in this classification are <br />responsible for maintaining the physical facilities and <br />appearance of the buildings to which they are assigned. Duties <br />include cleaning floors, windows and performing normal house- <br />keeping routines. Duties will also include yard work and minor <br />repairs to the electrical systems and plumbing and heating <br />systems within the capabilities of the employee. <br />Employees in this classification will be assigned to maintain one <br />or more buildings with only general supervision and will be <br />responsible for the physical appearance, cleanliness and <br />mechanical operation of the building. <br />Employee in this classification will perform other duties as <br />assigned, within the general character of the duties above <br />described. <br />EXHIBIT B-6 <br />59 <br />
