,.,~„ <br />(1) additional hour at a straight time rate for each day he is required to <br />~ do so, in accordance with Section 139.167 of the Codified Ordinance of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />4. On January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each <br />year, each member of the Police Department shall be paid for all overtime <br />hours accumulated in excess of eighty (80) hours for the three (3) <br />calendar month period immediately prior to the above dates of January 15, <br />April 15, July 15 and October 15. Any payment as set forth above shall be <br />paid at the rate of pay applicable to each employee according to his <br />Police Department classification, and payments shall include accumulated <br />overtime and longevity earned. <br />Any member of the Police Department being changed in rank <br />shall be paid immediately for all overtime he has accumulated to be paid <br />l at rate when overtime was earned, and he shall commence the tenure of his <br />new rank with no overtime hours. Such pay shall be based on the <br />employee's classification prior to his promotion, in accordance with <br />139.02 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted. <br />5. Each member, except the Chief of Police, shall receive <br />an additional four (4) hours straight-time pay if required to work eight <br />(8) hours or more on Easter, 4th of July (known as Independence Day), <br />Thanksgiving Dsy, and Christmas, or receive time off in lieu thereof, as <br />approved by the Chief of Police. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />i~AGES <br />1.
