In the event of an <br />unlawful determination, the City and the Union shall meet <br />within thirty (30) days for the purpose of negotiating a <br />lawful alternative provision. <br />SUBCONTRACTING <br />b3. The City reserves the right to contract any work <br />that the bargaining unit is unable-ta p~r.farm~~-dae=to-lack- <br />of manpower or equipment. The City shall continue to participate in the Ameri- <br />can Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />Ohio Council 8 Health and Welfare Fund for all non-proba- <br />tionary employees in the bargaining unit represented by the <br />Union.
