~~ ~>. <br />EASEMENT <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />This Easement Agreement is entered into this day of December, 1986, <br />and between RONALD WAGNER, hereinafter called the Grantor, and the CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, hereinafter called the Grantee. <br />In consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) and other <br />valuable consideration paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby sell, assign, and transfer <br />and grant unto the Grantee, a perpetual easement for storm sewer purposes <br />including but not limited to the right to lay, maintain, operate, repair, <br />remove and replace storm sewers, including installation and maintenance <br />thereof, together with the manholes and necessary appurtenances, over and <br />through the following described real property together with the right of <br />ingress and egress thereto and therefrom, to-wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and being part of sublots 3 and 4 in the Zehman-Wolf and <br />Sherman Construction Company's North Olmsted Subdivision No. 1 as <br />shown on plat recorded in Volume 163, Page 6 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Maps Records and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lots Nos. 1 <br />and 8, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin monument in the centerline of West 308th <br />Street (60 feet wide) at its intersection with the Southerly line of <br />Lorain Road (80 feet wide); <br />Thence North 50° 15' 00" East 188.00 feet along the Southerly line of <br />Lorain Road to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of land conveyed to <br />Ronald Wagner by deed recorded in Volume 192, Page 399 of Cuyahoga <br />County Deed Records; <br />Thence, South 39° 45' 00" East 113.76 feet along the Westerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Ronald Wagner to the principal place of beginning; <br />Thence, North 67° 45' 00" East 62.09 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 79° 29' 47" East 80.04 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 68° 38' S6" East 13.19 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 78° 53' 31" East 22.22 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 48° 50' 16" East 2.56 feet to a point in the Easterly <br />line of land so conveyed to Ronald Wagner; <br />PAGE ONE OF FOUR <br />
