(2) A buildinq detached from the dwelling used for storage and comn?only referred ta as a tool shed, constructed on land wherein the existing garaqe is attached as specified in 1151.05C(2) hereof subject to the following specification: Rear Lot Size Shed Max. Floor Area 2,000 - 4,000 Sq. Ft. 80 Sq. Ft. over 4,000 Sq. Ft. 100 Sq. Ft. (3) The construction or erection of a tool shed as specified in both D(1) and D(2) hereof are subject to the following additional requirements: the tnaximum heiqht limitation on any structure shall be eight (8) feet; no part of said shed shall be constructed closer than five (5) feet from any lot line; said shed shall be constructed so as to have one wall no more than ten (10) feet from the rear lot line; and that said shed shall be screened from public view in a manner satisfactorp to the building official. (E) Accessory buildinqs desiqned, built, altered, or used to house wild or domestic fowl, animals, or reptiles provided that it is located so that no part of the same shall be within ten (10) feet of any rear or side line of the lot on which the same is located and within twa hundred (200) feet of a dwelling on any adjacent lot or within two hundred (200) feet of the source of any private water supply or anp street line. 6
