Shelters for dogs shall not be subject to the foregoing <br />requirements as to location except that the same shall <br />be confined to the rear yard area. <br />(F) A boarding house. <br />(G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure <br />provided the same is not over six (6) feet in height <br />above grade level or is more than sixteen (16) feet in <br />length ar no part of which is closer than five (5) feet <br />to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the <br />same is located. In no case shall the above be <br />permitted in front setback area. <br />(H) (1) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as <br />ta constitute a fence, which is not more than six (6) <br />feet high at any time alonq any side or rear property <br />line which does not extend nearer the street line than <br />the buildinq line, except that fences in which at least <br />fifty percent (50$) of the face is open or hedges may be <br />established from the buildinq line to the street line <br />and on the street line provided the same does not exceed <br />thirty (30) inches in heiqht at any time. No <br />electrified or barbed wire fence shall be erected or <br />installed at any location. <br />(2) A five (5) foot hiqh fence may be constructed on a <br />corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard <br />provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet <br />behind the sidewalk or riqht-of-way line, xhichever is <br />greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety <br />gercent (90%) open. <br />(3) A fence, hedqe, trees or shrubs may be placed so as <br />to constitute a fence which is not mare than six (6) <br />feet high alonq any rear or side propertp line which <br />abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited <br />Industry District of Mixed Use District. <br />(I) An independent television antenna or radio tower <br />not to exceed fiftp (50) feet in heiqht and not used for <br />comnercial purpases, so long as it is located in either <br />rear or side pard, attached to the gabled side of the <br />dwelling. <br />(J) In a Multiple Residence District, a detached <br />comanunity garage providing no more than the storaqe <br />7
