Shelters for dogs shall not be subject to the foregoing requirements as to location except that the same shall be confined to the rear yard area. (F) A boarding house. (G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure provided the same is not over six (6) feet in height above grade level or is more than sixteen (16) feet in length ar no part of which is closer than five (5) feet to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the same is located. In no case shall the above be permitted in front setback area. (H) (1) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as ta constitute a fence, which is not more than six (6) feet high at any time alonq any side or rear property line which does not extend nearer the street line than the buildinq line, except that fences in which at least fifty percent (50$) of the face is open or hedges may be established from the buildinq line to the street line and on the street line provided the same does not exceed thirty (30) inches in heiqht at any time. No electrified or barbed wire fence shall be erected or installed at any location. (2) A five (5) foot hiqh fence may be constructed on a corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet behind the sidewalk or riqht-of-way line, xhichever is greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety gercent (90%) open. (3) A fence, hedqe, trees or shrubs may be placed so as to constitute a fence which is not mare than six (6) feet high alonq any rear or side propertp line which abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited Industry District of Mixed Use District. (I) An independent television antenna or radio tower not to exceed fiftp (50) feet in heiqht and not used for comnercial purpases, so long as it is located in either rear or side pard, attached to the gabled side of the dwelling.
