sgace for two motor vehicles for each dwelling unit <br />lacated an the same lot, provided no part of the same is <br />nearer than sixty (60) feet to the street line upon <br />which the multiple dwellinq fronts or nearer than farty <br />(40) feet to any other street line, and further provided <br />no repair facilities may be maintained within the same <br />and no repairs except of a minor or emergency nature are <br />made therein. <br />(K) The storage of one (1) recreational vehicle. For <br />purposes of this Subsection, a recreational vehicle <br />shall include, but not be limited to a boat, travel <br />trailer or motor home. Said recreational vehicle shall <br />not be occupied or used so lonq as the same is stared in <br />either the rear or side yard. For purpases of this <br />Ordinance, hoWever, any area in the front of the <br />dwelling structure shall not be considered side yard. <br />Also for purposes of this Ordinance in all instances <br />involvinq a corner lot said vehicle shall not be kegt, <br />stored or maintained in the side yard of said corner lot <br />which abuts the street. <br />(L) Private swimming pools may be lacated in a <br />Residential District as an Accessory Use to a dwelling. <br />The pool, accessory buildings, structures or other <br />equipment shall not be located in a front or side yard <br />and shall be not less than ten (10) feet from any lot <br />line. The swimming pool area of qround level pools, an <br />area five (5) feet beyond and surrounding elevated <br />pools, or the entire property on which the pool is <br />located shall be enclosed within a permanent fence of <br />six (6) feet in heiqht to prevent any access to the pool <br />except from a controlled point. Liqhting fixtures shall <br />be desiqned and located so as not to cast direct rays of <br />excessive brightness upon adjoining residential lots. A <br />compact hedqe may also be required by the building <br />afficial to insulate the pool from adjoining progerty. <br />However, the fence height provisions of the subsection <br />shall not apply where there is an existinq fence at <br />least four (4) feet in height enclosinq the entire rear <br />yard provided said fence was constructed prior to <br />October 7, 1975, and Was constructed with a groperty <br />building permit. <br />*(M) Bicycle Ramps and Skateboards Ramps. <br />8
