(1) Bicycle ramps shall be a permitted use in a <br />Residence District provided the following minimum <br />requirements are met: <br />a) Said ramp shall be located so that no part of <br />same shall be closer than ten (10) feet of a dwelling on <br />the same lot or thirty (30) feet of a dwelling on any <br />adjacent lot. <br />b) Said ramp in addition to complyinq with the <br />provisions of subsection (M)(1)(a) hereof shall be <br />located in the rear yard and no closer than five (5) <br />feet from any side lot line and no cloaer than ten (10) <br />feet from any rear lot line. <br />c) Said bicycle ramp structure shall not exceed a <br />heiqht of six (6) feet, a width of eiqht (8) feet and a <br />length of six (6) feet. <br />d) No permit for a bicycle ramp shall be issued <br />until the applicant has submitted a screeninq plan to <br />the Building official which in his opinion <br />satisfactorily screens said ramp from public view. <br />(2) Skateboard Ramps shall be a permitted use in a <br />Residence District provided the following minimum <br />requirements are met: <br />a) Said ramp shall be located at least one hundred <br />and fifty (150) feet behind the buildinq line provided <br />that na part of said ramp shall be constructed within <br />five (5) feet of any lat line and ten (10) feet from the <br />rear lot line, nor shall any skateboard ramp be <br />constructed closer than one hundred (100) feet from any <br />dwelling on any adjacent property. <br />b) Said skateboard ramp structure shall not exceed <br />a height of eight (8) feet, a width of eight (8) feet <br />and a length of ten (10) feet. <br />c) Na permit for a skatebaard ramp shall be issued <br />until the agplicant has submitted a screening plan to <br />the Buildinq official which in his opinion <br />satisfactorily screens said ramp from public view. <br />No accessory buildinq may be erected grior to the construction of the <br />9
