SECTOK 2: That after submissian of this Ordinance to the Planning Comnission of this City far its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been qiven pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - Snactment of Zoninq Ordinance and Requlatians, Notice", and after its gassaqe pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its apgroval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the folloWinq described parcel of land from Multiple Residence District to Office Building District: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Countp of Cupahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 8 and 9 and being bounded and described as follows: Beqianinq at a point on the centerline of Westview Drive (60 feet wide) at its intersection with the Northerly line of Amendment No. 2 of Columbia Land Development Co. Subdivision No. 3 as shown by plat recorded in Volume 2
