SECTIOK 4: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zane Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclase that the premises described in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof shall be revised by chanqinq the soning of said described land from Single Residence C District to Office Building District, and from Multiple Residence District to Office Building District, respectively, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used in accordance xith the use of the district germitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. 3
