<br />feet high along any rear or side property line which <br />abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited <br />Industry District of Mixed Use District. <br />(I) An independent television antenna or radio tower <br />not to exceed fifty (50) feet in height and not used for <br />commercial purposes, so long as it is located in either <br />rear or side yard, attached to the gabled side of the <br />dwelling. <br />(J) In a Multiple Residence District, a detached <br />community garage providing no more than the storage <br />space for two motor vehicles for each dwelling unit <br />located on the same lot, provided no part of the same is <br />nearer than sixty (60) feet to the street line upon <br />which the multiple dwelling fronts or nearer than forty <br />(40) feet to any other street line, and further provided <br />no repair facilities may be maintained within the same <br />and no repairs except of a minor or emergency nature are <br />made therein. <br />(K) The storage of one (1) recreational vehicle. For <br />purposes of this Subsection, a recreational vehicle <br />shall include, but not be limited to a boat, travel <br />trailer or motor home. Said recreational vehicle shall <br />not be occupied or used so long as the same is stored in <br />either the rear or side yard. For purposes of this <br />Ordinance, however, any area in the front of the <br />dwelling structure shall not be considered side yard. <br />Also for purposes of this Ordinance in all instances <br />involving a corner lot said vehicle shall not be kept, <br />stored or maintained in the side yard of said corner lot <br />which abuts the street. <br />(L) Private swimming pools may be located in a <br />Residential District as an Accessory Use to a dwelling. <br />The pool, accessory buildings, structures or other <br />equipment shall not be located in a front or side yard <br />and shall be not less than ten (10) feet from any lot <br />line. The swimming pool area of ground level pools, an <br />area five (5) feet beyond and surrounding elevated <br />pools, or the entire property on which the pool is <br />located shall be enclosed wi.thin a permanent fence of <br />six (6) feet in height to prevent any access to the pool <br />except from a controlled point. Lighting fixtures shall <br />be designed and located so as not to cast direct rays of <br />excessive brightness upon adjoining residential lots. A <br />4
