<br />feet from the rear lot <br />screened from public <br />the building official. <br />line; and that said shed shall be <br />view in a manner satisfactory to <br />(E) Accessory buildings designed, built, altered, or <br />used to house wild or domestic fowl, animals, or <br />reptiles provided that it is located so that no part of <br />the same shall be within ten (10) feet of any rear or <br />side line of the lot on which the same is located and <br />within two hundred (200) feet of a dwelling on any <br />adjacent 1ot or within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />source of any private water supply or any street line. <br />Shelters for dogs shall not be subject to the foregoing <br />requirements as to location except that the same shall <br />be confined to the rear yard area. <br />(F) A boarding house. <br />(G) A windbreak or other similar freestanding structure <br />provided the same is not over six (6) feet in height <br />above grade level or is more than sixteen (16) feet in <br />length or no part of which is closer than five (5) feet <br />to any side line or rear line of the lot on which the <br />same is located. In no case shall the above be <br />permitted in front setback area. <br />(H) (1) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as <br />to constitute a fence, which is not mroe than five (5) <br />feet high at any time along any side or rear property <br />line which does not extend nearer the street line than <br />the building line, except that fences in which at least <br />fifty percent (50%) of the face is open or hedges may be <br />established from the building line to the street line <br />and on the street line provided the same does not exceed <br />thirty (30) inches in height at any time. No <br />electrified or barbed wire fence shall be erected or <br />installed at any location. <br />(2) A five (5) foot high fence may be constructed on a <br />corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard <br />provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet <br />behind the sidewalk or right-of-way line, whichever is <br />greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety <br />percent (90%) open. <br />(3) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs may be placed so as <br />to constitute a fence which is not more than six (6) <br />3
