Attached as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein is <br />a plat af the property ("Property") awned by the Plaintiffs described in <br />the Camplaint which is designated as four (4) parcels. <br />2. Parcel A consists af 13.59 acres and its use for the constructian <br />and occupancy as office buildings of five (5) stories, of a maximum height <br />of seventy (70) feet, with minimum garking of one (1) parking space per <br />three hundred (300) square feet af yross floor area, and otherwise <br />conforming with Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning C;ode of the Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, would be consa.stent with the public health, <br />safety and welfare of the cammunity of the City of North Olms-ted. <br />3. Parcel B consists of 17.5 acr.es and its use far the construction of <br />and occupancy far multi-family purpases with builda.ngs of a maYimum hQight <br />of thirty-five (35) feet and two and one°half (2-1/2) stories, a density of <br />fifteen (15) units per acre, a minirnum set-bacir rrorn 4he szreet iine ot <br />forty (40) feet as provided by Sectian 1135.06 but withaut the requirement <br />1
