<br />copy thereof will be presented to the City of North Olmsted for its <br />approval; <br />4. The contract specified in paragraph three shall incorporate <br />specifications developed by the parties requiring among, other things, <br />minimally the followi.ng: <br />(A) the pulverization of 2640 linear feet of Maple Ridge between <br />Walter Road and Columbia Road of the existing paving and base to a depth of <br />six inches. Any faulty base areas will be replaced as the sub-grade is <br />repaved. <br />(B) The existing pulverized material will be injected with oil to <br />rejuvenate the material so as to cure in a period from ten to fourteen <br />days. <br />(C) After curing, a 1-3/4 inch layer of 402 asphaltic concrete <br />will be placed over the injected base and a 1-1/4 inch layer of 404 <br />finishing asphaltic concrete shall be applied to complete the project. <br />(D) Any other provisions delaing with berm reconstruction, <br />striping, traffic control, etc. as the engineers from both cities deem ? <br />appropriate. i <br />5. The project cost is estimated at approximately Sixty Thousand <br />Dollars ($60,000.00). If there is a substantial deviation from said <br />estimate, plus fifteen percent (15%), upon bid from an outside vendor both <br />cities will confer for the purpose of determining if they still desire to <br />go forward with said project. <br />6.
